Now Hiring: Non-CDL Warehouse-to-Warehouse Drivers
Kayes & Co is expanding, and we’re seeking dedicated Non-CDL drivers to join our warehouse-to-warehouse freight team. As part of our joint venture with TruLoads, we move freight with precision, discipline, and reliability — and we reward drivers who deliver excellence.
What You’ll Do
-
Transport freight between warehouses and distribution centers (no over-the-road hauls).

Follow strict safety and compliance standards.

Submit accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and maintain clear communication with dispatch.

Represent Kayes & Co professionally at customer facilities.
What We Require
-
Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL).

Clean driving record.
-
Must pass a pre-contract drug test and submit to random screenings.

Ability to follow warehouse safety protocols (PPE required at some locations).

Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and safe operations.
Compensation
